The Brave Minds wellbeing programmes offers a structured, child‑centred solution that supports both wellbeing and learning in Marlow and surrounding areas.


The Brave Minds Programme

Brave Minds provides children with practical tools to

Using creative, movement‑based and discussion‑led activities, Brave Minds is designed to support emotional understanding and confidence.


Delivery Options for Schools 


  • A full 6 week programme 

A structured, progressive wellbeing course with weekly sessions (35 - 45 minutes each) for groups of 5 - 10 children.

    • Shorter blocks (2 – 4 Weeks)

    Focused modules on themes such as confidence, resilience or emotional regulation.

    • One ‑ off workshops / Whole day wellbeing sessions
