You know you have ADHD. So why do you still feel like you are failing?
Maybe discovering ADHD explained a lot.
But it didn't stop you ...
- Asking three people what they think before making a decision.
- Replaying conversations and wondering whether you said too much.
- Comparing yourself to other mums who seem to have their lives together.
And it didn't stop you feeling like you're the problem.
Because understanding WHY you struggle is one thing.
Changing what years of those struggles taught you to believe about yourself is another.
We're expected to know how to be fully functioning adults.
- To manage a home
- To raise our children
- To hold down a job
- To maintain a relationship
- To make good decisions
- To keep everything moving
- How do you make a decision when you can't know for certain it's the right one?
- How do you trust your own judgement instead of asking three other people what they think?
- How do you stand up for yourself when someone disagrees with you - and cope with the discomfort of knowing they might not be happy with your choice?
- How do you catch yourself reacting in the heat of the moment and learn to respond differently?
- How do you recognise the stories you've spent 30 years believing about yourself - and start questioning whether they're actually true?
- How do you build confidence that comes from within you, rather than constantly needing reassurance or approval from everybody else?
We’re told to:
- Stop overthinking
- Trust yourself
- Don't be so sensitive
- Stop worrying what everyone else thinks.
And when you can't simply make yourself do it, it's easy to believe there's something wrong with you.
There are things about yourself you need to understand - and skills you may simply never have been taught.
You're faced with a decision.
Your first thought ISN'T automatically, Who can I ask?
You stop and ask: What do I think?
Someone seems a little off with you.
You notice the familiar I've done something wrong feeling
BUT you don't automatically spend the next three days analysing everything you said.
You say NO to something because you DON'T want to do it.
No elaborate excuse. No essay explaining why.
You have a difficult parenting moment.
Instead of immediately turning it into I'm a terrible mum, you recognise what happened, repair what needs repairing and move on.
You catch yourself comparing your life to somebody else's and remember ...
Their way doesn't have to be your way.
But you'll start understanding what's happening when you do and you'll have practical tools to respond differently.
A private 1:1 programme built around YOU
Finally Feel Enough is my private 1:1 coaching programme designed to help you stop treating yourself like a problem that needs fixing and start developing the skills to:
- Understand Yourself
- Trust Yourself
- Be Yourself
We'll look at where you are now and what you actually want to change.
We'll explore your experiences, the beliefs you've picked up along the way and the patterns that are still affecting you now.
Because before we start trying to change anything, we need to understand what's actually going on for you.
This is where understanding starts becoming change.
You'll learn practical tools to recognise the thoughts, stories and beliefs that keep you stuck, question them and start responding differently.
We'll work on trusting your judgement, making decisions, challenging the mental noise and beginning to listen to your own voice before everybody else's.
Because the goal is to understand what genuinely works for you.
To question some of the shoulds you've been living by and start building your own way of doing life.
It's personalised coaching that looks at what is going on in your life and where you want to get to.
We’ll uncover the beliefs you're carrying - not just the one that appeared in your quiz result - and look at how they are showing up in your life today.
Then we'll start working with them.
And you'll practise those skills in your real life between our sessions.
Because I don't want you to finish six weeks knowing loads more about yourself but still having no idea what to do when you're sitting in the car replaying something somebody said three hours ago.
I’m not promising that by the end of the six weeks together you’ll be a fully confident woman who never doubts herself.
It’s deeper than that.
By the end of the six weeks together, you will have:
6 x one-to-one targeted, focused sessions to help you to:
- Understand Yourself
- Trust Yourself
- Be Yourself
This is where the real work happens.
Tools and activities chosen specifically for you and what you need.
Not generic worksheets - but key life tools designed to help you understand yourself, make changes and move forward with confidence.
After every session you'll receive a clear summary of what we covered and exactly what to focus on next - so you can keep making progress between sessions, not just while we're in the room together.
*Available to the first 10 clients only
The next step is a free 30-minute discovery call.
We'll talk about where you are now, what's been frustrating you, and what you're hoping will change.
I'll explain exactly how the programme works and answer any questions you have.
And you'll get a real sense of whether this feels right for you.
No pressure. No obligation.
Just clarity.
Or to be more confident.
Or to stop caring what everybody else thinks.
You need:
- The opportunity to understand where these patterns came from, recognise them when they're happening and practise doing something different.
- To learn to hear your own voice underneath all the shoulds, comparisons and opinions you've collected over the years.
And you don't have to work them all out on your own.
Finally Feel Enough is where we start.
